Как рассказали в КПУП «Гомельское городское ЖКХ», согласно перспективному плану капитального ремонта и тепловой модернизации жилого фонда Советского района Гомеля на 2010-2015 годы капремонт дома № 12 по Речицкому шоссе не запланирован.

До постановки дома на капремонт, сказано в официальном ответе, жилищно-эксплуатирующей организацией будут приниматься меры по поддержанию его в технически исправном состоянии.
