С 6 по 12 августа в Гомельской области зарегистрировано 197 дорожно-транспортных происшествий, в которых 6 человек погибло и 24 травмировано.

Сотрудниками ГАИ УВД Гомельского облисполкома по различным нарушениям Правил дорожного движения было составлено 5969 протоколов. Из них 152 - в отношении водителей, управлявших транспортным средством в состоянии алкогольного опьянения, 2501 - за превышение установленного скоростного режима, 157 водителей не пропустили пешеходов. В отношении пешеходов составлено 654 протокола.

В течение минувшей недели за нарушение правил парковки с улиц города эвакуировано 65 автомобилей.

По информации ГГО по ЧС, с 6 по 12 августа в городе зарегистрировано два пожара.
