Сообщается, что это сделают ради безопасности. Ситуацию обсудили на пресс-конференции в областной ГАИ.

Кроме того, на Советской продолжат оптимизировать дорожное движение. Речь идет о создании островков безопасности, карманов и ограждений, которые появятся и на других улицах. А на площади Ленина и улице Владимирова установят дополнительные светофоры.
